Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• You get in touch to arrange a discovery call or engage with our Community Headspace Programme
• You contact us to ask a question or tell us something
• You contact us to book to appear on the podcast

We use the information that you have given us in order to respond to your questions, give you information about our services, liaise with you about the Community Headspace programme. 

We may share this information with relevant staff (to make arrangements for you). 

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are: 

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting hannah@thementalhealthcommunity.co.uk

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored. 

We keep your contact information for the time you are engaged on the Community Headspace programme plus 2 years. We will then dispose your information by removing it from our database.
