Community Headspace Programme
The community headspace programme offers a unique blend of bespoke consultancy, mental health inclusion workshops, expert by experience guidance, and shared learning opportunities all focused around our CARE principles.
Over 12 months your team will receive specialist training workshops, 1-1 advice, shared learning sessions with a cohort of peers, and personalised support to develop an action plan.
The programme is specially designed to offer practical and applicable steps to help you create your own actions. Actions which are fully adaptable and totally bespoke to your needs. So whether you are worried about your team or just want to polish what you’re already doing, we will support you to create the most inclusive workplace possible.

Tailored from our library to suit your organisation, your challenges and your people. Our 90 minute workshops are shaped around what you need most and include time to turn learning into action that lasts.
Topics include:
Mental health awareness: This workshop takes us beyond clinical lists and into understanding. Learn more about how the most common mental health conditions show up for people and how research has identified key areas of employment that can support mental health recovery in the short and long term.
Mental health communication: This workshop dives into the language we use around mental health and shares examples of how we can adapt approaches to better support the mental health of everyone we talk to. We’ll look into listening cultures, action plans, and how to create workplace cultures that actually help prevent poor mental health for the people who work there.
Leadership and responsibility: Here we will unravel some of the anxieties for leaders and managers around responsibilities, what makes an adjustment ‘reasonable’, and how to recognise areas that are putting your team at risk of stress and overwhelm. We’ll also look at tools you can put in place to help you create the positive change you want.
Tools for your team: In this workshop we go into the people management practices, policies, and tools that you could adopt. We’ll go from team meetings all the way through to sickness policies and explore how small innovations can have remarkable impacts. This workshop is full of tips, tricks, and places to get stuck in. A perfect follow up for any of our informative sessions.
Working well with your team: In this session we think about how people work together, what they need to do well, and how you can build systems that reduce the impacts of stress on your team. Helping them to be more productive, happy, and capable. Whether you work with employees or volunteers this workshop will help you create and maintain strong teams.
